You build one, yourself, on Day 3 — with me on the call, on your real business, connected to your real tools. That's the whole point. Most AI bootcamps show you theirs and hand you a template; you leave this one with something you built, that's running, that you understand well enough to fix. You also get two ready-to-run agents we hand over the same day. And if after all that you'd rather we built the next ten? That's what Shiver does for a living. We'll talk about it for ten minutes at the end of Session 3, and not before.

The tools change. The roles — follow-up, scheduling, CRM, reviews, collections — show up everywhere. If you have customers and a calendar, you have the busywork this fixes.

We answer this plainly on Day 1, including exactly what to turn on and off and what never gets used to train the AI. Your agents see only what their job requires. The follow-up agent sees inquiries, not your bank account. You'll set it up that way on Day 3.

The in-person workshop was one afternoon and a lot of it was "here's what's possible." This is three sessions, you see real fleets instead of examples, and you leave with an agent you built plus two we hand you. If you came before, you'll recognize Alex. You won't recognize most of the content.
