Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of messages. Depending on the program you opt in to, messages may include appointment and meeting reminders, onboarding and account notifications, order and subscription confirmations, service and support updates, responses to your inquiries, and — where you have separately consented to marketing — promotional offers and announcements.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Conversational and support messages are sent in response to your activity; recurring program messages are generally sent no more than a few times per month.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Shiver Agents LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates will apply to messages you send and receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further messages from that program unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing support@shiveragents.com.

Help. Reply HELP to any message from us, or email support@shiveragents.com, for assistance.

How we use and share mobile information. We use the mobile phone numbers we collect to deliver the messages described above and to operate and support our services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may disclose mobile numbers only to the subprocessors and service providers who transmit messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS platform and telecommunications carriers), and only for the purpose of delivering those messages, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention. We retain mobile numbers and the associated records of consent and opt-out for as long as your program participation is active and thereafter as necessary to evidence compliance with applicable law, including a record of any opt-out request so that we do not message you again in error.
