Shiver Agents SMS Program

Shiver Agents, LLC operates an SMS program for customers and prospects who have given express written consent. This page describes what we send, how you opt in, and how to stop.

What you'll receive

By opting in, you may receive:

• Strategy-call and appointment confirmations and reminders;
• Order and subscription confirmations;
• Account and service notifications;
• Replies from our team to questions you send us;
• Occasional promotional messages about Shiver Agents services, events, and training.

Message frequency varies — typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How to opt in

Option 1 — Web form

Complete the form at shiveragents.com/start-automating and check the SMS consent box beneath the phone number field. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. It reads:

I agree to receive text messages from Shiver Agents, LLC at the phone number provided, including appointment reminders, account and service updates, and occasional promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

The form collects Full Name, Organization, Phone, Email, and Message. The SMS consent checkbox appears beneath the phone number field. Consent is collected separately from, and is not required for, any other use of the form.

Option 2 — Text a keyword

Text START to 513-586-6514.

Either way, you'll receive this confirmation:

How to get help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email support@shiveragents.com. You'll receive:

How to opt out

Reply STOPto any message at any time. You can also reply CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. You'll receive one final confirmation and no further messages:

Shiver Agents: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.

To rejoin later, text START to 513-586-6514.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.

Your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
